We had a leaky eavestrough right over our back doors. Called a few companies and they all said the job was too small. Marcelo reached out and was able to come look at the job with a couple of days. He is so pleasant and very knowledgeable. He knew what the issue was before he went up to the roof. The day he came it was raining. Two days later he was back to complete the job. Did an amazing job, quickly and cleaned up everything. You’d never know he was there! Except for the fact that we don’t have a leaking eavestrough anymore. Marcelo is professional, friendly and provides amazingly great customer service. We would definitely use him again if we have any future issues with our roof.

I’ve found a piece of shingle next to my house and I called MCBM ROOFING to come and inspect my roof, Marcelo showed up the next day and he repaired my roof in couple of minutes, he showed me the before and after photos which gave me peace of mind.

Marcelo and Nico were a delight to deal with, they arrived on time and never stopped working until we were satisfied. Marcelo showed up at our door twice to discuss our siding contract job with us and we would like to say he went above and beyond what he said he was going to do. We are very happy with the outcome of the job. After reaching out to 10 Contractors, I have to say that I was very disappointed with the process, some of them did not even bother to respond or show up. Keep in mind that these companies had an approval rating of 97% – 99% on Home Stars. Apparently to some companies we were too small of a job for them, to others we were out of their area, and to others they were to busy for us.
A word to the wise, never ever forget your so called small customer. A small customer today leads to a big customer tomorrow. This is how reputation is built.
We would hire Marcelo and his team in a heartbeat any day in the future. If you are looking for professional, honest, friendly service at the right price without compromise, Marcelo is your guy. In our opinion that’s 10 out of 10.
