Contacted Giannis in regards to a leaky shut off valve in our upstairs bathroom. Also requested to have our downstairs valve replaced. Giannis showed up promptly, replaced both valves and advised that we should replace the wax ring on our upstairs toilet. Due to it being loose, this would avoid future leaks and another visit.

What can I say.....unbelievable work hands down. So professional when it came to doing my full bathroom renovation. Work was on point, they showed up everyday and finished before the projected date. Price point came in cheaper than three other quotes. They are currently doing a friend's place now and had completed two washrooms for my neighbor as well, so that should tell you.

We required service as one of our pipes began to leak, which in turn caused a fair amount of water to end up on our basement floor. Fix arrived to diagnose the problem within a couple of hours of our call. They quickly identify the cause and offered different options to resolve the problem. Fix was able to remedy the problem within 15 minutes of arriving. Overall a very favourable experience.

I had installed a Reverse Osmosis water filter under my sink that is being removed. I had drilled a hole in a drain pipe that needed replacing.

The pipe with a hold needed to be replaced and Giannis was a pleasure to deal with in that regard. He was at my house in no time, took his time to carefully inspect the pipe, and install a replacement. He then made sure no leaks existed and ensured the work area was clean and tidy after completion.
