I was looking for under padding for a small project and was turned down by 2 other companies that I contacted. I described to Steve what I required and he not only replied promptly but was able to deliver exactly what I needed. The driver dropped off the under padding and even pre-cut all the pieces for me. Fabulous service, very courteous, wonderful to deal with. I know my project was really small but Steve treated me with respect and came thru as promised. Thank you so much, I’m so grateful.

Had the best experience getting carpet installed. Steve was very personable and engaging and treated my kids like he had known them for years. He even bought a Tim Hortons mini hockey stick of one of my sons favourite goalies and a little treat for my daughter. From the moment the request for a quote went out until I was looking at my beautiful carpet afterwards installed by Jason (also a great guy), my interaction and experience was top notch. They were able to come out the next day to Dundas and install the carpet on my stairs. Fast and quality. It was a really easy process and we're VERY happy with the results. The carpet is soft and the underpad makes it feel great too.
