Contacted Steve for replacing under pad and repairing my carpet. He sent one expert to my place done such a amazing clean job. They are very expert in this and one man done within 2 hours. Very professional work. I love it. Thanks to Steve for doing some better job. I’m highly recommending them.

Came with samples and made it real easy to pick the right carpet. Took the time to answer some questions I had and gave some solid recommendations that were absolutely the right choices. Installation only took a day and it looks great! Very impressed.

Very friendly and good service. They arrived and went straight to work. We are happy with the carpet we received. Would recommend to anyone looking to get carpet for their house.

Steve and Jason got us out a bind when other carpet installers bailed on us last minute. They picked up the carpet from the city and installed it perfectly.
Jason stayed till 1:30am to finish up so we could keep our time line.

Steve is a very friendly businessman, his price is reasonable and jobs are done well. He measured rooms sizes and honestly suggested what to do with tenants and priced for the job for me within budget. His installers are nice and completed job properly, I will hire them again.

I received a referral for Halton Hills Carpet Specialists from my realtor. Steve confirmed that they would be able to take a look at my carpet after 5:30 PM the next day. Unfortunately, their job ran late, but they kept their commitment to come by that day even though it was rather late in the evening. After assessing the situation, Jason gave me the option of a repair (with no guarantees as to outcome owing to the age of my current carpet) or a replacement. There was no pressure to go either way. I contacted Steve the next day, opted to proceed with replacement, and they were able to schedule an appointment within 3 days - on the weekend, which worked well with my schedule.
They brought 3 options as they didn’t have an exact match for my carpet, and I was able to select the one I preferred. The installation went smoothly, and they were also willing to do additional repairs in a couple of other places. I am very pleased with the work that was done, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Steve came over to check out job and to show us some samples. He came very quickly and was very polite. Jason and another man came over to install the carpet, it was a very irregular shaped room with lots of cuts and angles. They did a great job of the install and left the house clean and tidy. I was afraid they may damage our new paint but they didn't. Thanks Steve and Jason

Showed up on time, finished the job fast and they were all professional. It was a last minute decision because originally I wanted laminate floors but I'm glad I went with them to install the carpet. It looks fantastic!!!

Was quoted a price and mid way during the installation the contractor increased their pricing. Timing for completion was not respected. They left a huge mess after leaving ( walls damaged and new carpet cut off pieces were everywhere) . They made me hire another contractor to prepare the carpet surface and remove handle bar as their pricing didn’t include these items ( but all related to a carpet install ) . Overall, I guess they tried to accommodate given COVID but expectation, pricing , timeline should be respected from inception.

The carpet itself looked nice and was a great quality.
