Nate rebuilt our chimney which had been deteriorating. He did an excellent job selecting brick to match the rest of the house and building a custom poured concrete cap. Repointing was neat, mortar blended in well with existing.

The crew showed up on time, did an amazing job, cleaned up after themselves and finished on time. We couldn't be happier with the quality of their work, we wholeheartedly recommend them.

Nate and NFL Masonry did a great job tuck pointing an entire exterior wall and capped old chimney chase. They were bang in with the quote, including being able to address some more extensive damage we had not been aware of. Nate was always reliable and responsive, and maintained timely communication. Hired Nate to brick up a door in my basement. He and Jesse did an amazing job, even finding the same red coloured bricks to make the the wall look very consistent. You can’t even tell a door was ever present.

Nate is collaborative, a good communicator and has considerable experience in working with nineteenth-century brick buildings and the required and fussy-to-use lime mortar. He is organized, punctual and keeps a very tidy work site. Nate was able to replace some of our failing bricks with historic bricks of the same colour. Having completed phase 1 and 2 of our restoration projects early this spring, he will be coming back to start phase 3 (more sill replacements) later this month.
