Gabe and Catherine were extremely professional and easy to work with. We are very satisfied with our basement renovation, new laundry room, and two new washrooms. I would highly recommend.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Gabe from RoomsReno for a bathroom renovation project, and we couldnt be more satisfied with the results. From start to finish, their service exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The scope was 2, full 3- piece bathrooms, a powder room, the replacement of a carpeted area with hardwood, and an installation of a hardwired external light. All bathrooms were constructed in the early 1990s and were completely gutted during the project and modernized from an aesthetic and functional (installation of exhaust fans) point of view.

Timelines were a crucial factor for us since we have 3 young children, and we were thrilled with how efficiently the project was completed. Gabe adhered to the proposed timeline, ensuring that the renovation was finished ahead of the agreed-upon schedule, which was impressive.

Gabes team maintained a tidy work environment throughout the entire project, cleaning up after themselves each day. We never had to worry about debris or clutter, which made the renovation process much more manageable and stress-free.

We were consistently impressed by Gabe's communication skills. He was always readily available to answer any questions or address any concerns we had, providing regular updates on the progress of the renovation over text or email. His open lines of communication made us feel valued as a client and instilled confidence in their ability to deliver. In the planning stages as well, Gabe provided great design suggestions, without being pushy and anticipated the final overall experience (shower), design aesthetic and function.

The workmanship displayed by Gabe's team was truly top-notch. From the tiling to painting, installation of the fixtures. It is evident that the team take pride in their work, as shown in the finished product. In the event tweaks or modifications were needed, Gabe and his team were able to address our concerns with responsiveness and a quick resolution.

We also found RoomsReno pricing to be fair and competitive for the quality and results. Gabe even helped us get a better deal when it came to purchasing materials such as tiles, vanities, taps, etc. through his suppliers.

Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience working with RoomsReno. We would readily recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled contractor for their upcoming projects.

We are very pleased with our new ensuite bathroom, and all the work and contributions that the team from Roomsreno put into it. They are a small team, which provides a very personal touch, and they had many ideas and suggestions that were very helpful. As well, it was always the same folks, particularly Marc and Sidnei, who worked with us, as well as Gabe and Catherine, which provided a lot of high commitment, craftsmanship and flexibility to the project- we are thrilled at the results. The quality of the tiling, glasswork and fit and finish was excellent. One thing to keep in mind- they are a small group, and delays can happen if there is a complication somewhere else and they occasionally are off-site for several days- but the work was always continued. In the end, we found working with a small, committed team very beneficial and produced excellent results, particularly if you are patient and supportive of their efforts. We highly recommend them.

Gabe and Catherine and the team, are an absolute dream to work with. they took the time to listen and walk me through all the steps of the renovation, they made the process of getting our dream bathroom very easy! they had a very clean crew, who also kept our house nice and clean, and they REALLY put the customer first in all scenarios! I absolutely adore my bathroom and cant say i dont show it off to others. Will definitely be calling Rooms Reno for more renovations in the new year! best team to work with!

Contractor is personable and prompt to respond.

Being first time dealing with contractor and renovatios, maybe we were not realistic about the process.
I came up with the design and had to shop and source the cabinet, counter, hardware & tiles.
We were given 3 stores to view but could have gone anywhere.
They were the contractor and crew... no assistance with the design.

Crew were decent... when they showed up. Some days, no one would show. When asked if they were coming tomorrow, their response was "don't know".
Demo crew wanted to smash a new toilet cause they couldn't remove a screw.
I unscrewed it.
Issues with getting the correct drywall 3 times added to delay.
We rushed out to order 2 more accent tiles, only to return to find out they didn't require them.
Overheard one of the crew talking in depth on the phone that he's leaving for another contractor... never saw him again.

Our ensuite renovation took 5 weeks that we could not use our master bedroom as it was covered in tarp to minimize the dust & depris.
It might have been 14 days of actual work but over a 5 week period.
Didn't expect to be sleeping on our pullout couch for that long.
We agreed for them to come in on weekends and evenings to finish sooner.

Satisfied with the finished renovation but not about the process.

Gabe was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He managed our bathroom renovation project on schedule and communicated well with us and kept us updated with their daily plans. He provided some great ideas for the design and material selections which helped to bring our vision to life. His team Marc and Sydney were amazing to work with, their attention to detail and dedication to the job was truly impressive. We are pleased with the results!

We selected Roomsreno from several solicited proposals. Though RR were not the lowest, they were selected because of their CS, design and that 'feeling' that Gab knew 'his stuff'.
Our intuition was well rewarded by the fact that Roomsreno had very competent tradesmen in his toolbox.
The job was completed on time and within budget.
