Hardie Board (Cement based sheets) in a Board and Baton Fashio.

Gabe from Alliance Aluminum - Major Reno conducted between Aug 2017 and October 2018. Gabe installed all the Hardie Board portions in a "board and baton" fashion. I am a detailed guy (our GC would suggest a different adjective). I was very concerned about the Batons not being securely fastened in a symmetrical fashion. In order to give us a preliminary view, Gabe ensured the strapping behind the Hardie Board panels was installed to mimic the Batons. This allowed us to see both i) how the Batons would look once installed and ii) to validate that they could be secured properly to the strapping allowing them to live up to the test of time.

Guys showed up with a “get’r done” attitude and so they did! Tight angles and clean cuts with the aluminum, taking care of the smaller details so the whole job turns out beyond expected. thanks guys!!!

Installation of gutter and downspouts

I had a 4 inch gutter and whenever it rains water would overflow and on winter times, icicles would form on the edges of the gutter so I decided to hire the services of Alliance Aluminum Ext. and was done on time and my problem was solved. It’s been a year since I got their service and hadn’t had any complaints. I would highly recommend the company for their professionalism.

James Hardie, aluminum work

We had James Hardie siding and aluminum work with leaf guards installed.

Gabe and team were great. They were on time, reasonable price, excellent quality. They even made recommendations that improved over our original design. That's what you want, right?

They worked well with the other builders on site, including the metal roofing company.

A builder who was working in the neighbourhood even came by and commented on the quality of work and wanted to hire them. That's a good sign.

Overall, a great experience!
