I just started my new job working for nice man. He mentioned his binds haven’t work in a long time. I went to concierge desk. I was given number to try this company. I spoke to a very nice man he came out within a couple of days very professional. He got the blinds working recommended we use frequently to keep them going. In the den the binds weren’t use so they stop he came back fix again working perfect now. Every morning I run the blinds up and down a few times. I’m very pleased so is my boss.

The response time was super fast and service was much quicker than expected. Also, must mention costing - their quote was 3! times lower than the one provided by our building-recommended contractor. We've received a few other quotes, but this was by far the best. Definitely recommended and will use their services in the future.

This company was referred to me by my coworker. Based on his experience, I was definitely willing to get a quote for our windows. I was happy from our first appointment that was booked for our quote. I like to shop around to make sure I'm getting the best bang for my dollar. So I contacted another company and I was floored at how much more expensive they would have been. Plus you could tell they were on commission. They were so pushy.
Anyway, after that experience I called Ephraim back right away. We booked another appointment and we decided to do the entire house instead of just a few windows.

The chain on my blinds snapped and needed to be repaired. Ephraim reached out within a couple of hours of my service request and scheduled me in the very next day. He showed up on time, and followed all safety protocols for covid. He was able to fix the chain, and correct the issue so it wouldn't happen again. Ephraim was quick, efficient and polite. 10/10 I would definitely hire him again.

Ephraim measured, quoted and installed the blinds himself. He provided useful advice when asked but didn’t push. The blinds came quickly and are exactly what we wanted. Ephraim was really conscious of COVID safety and we were comfortable having him in our home.
