From start to end the customer service with this company was superb.

We hired Falcon WD to replace a few of our windows and doors. The estimate was made quickly and and all the nuances of the work were explained to us prior to the installation. All the work was done neatly and efficiently in one day. We were very impressed by the gulaity and speed of their work. We will also definitely be recommending them to others.
