We hired Octavio and his crew to replace our crumbling siding in the Fall of 2020 and they did such a fantastic job, we hired them again to replace the eavestroughs and soffits in the Spring of 2021. Octavio and his crew were friendly, efficient, professional, and extremely accommodating throughout both jobs. Since then, the neighbours have all commented on how great the house looks with the new exterior, and how courteous Octavio and his crew were while they were here. The crew from All Pro Metals were fast, efficient and did a great job fixing the problems with the downspout/rain gutter at the front of my house. They cleaned everything up so well you'd never know that any repairs were done at all. This is the second time I've used their services and I am so pleased with the outcome. All Pro Metals provided excellent service from start to finish. Assessing my issue (large hole and crumbling parging) in very tight space between my house and neighbours, explaining in detail best approach to solution, possible issues that could arise along the way, and all available final options for me to pick from to make best decision. Pricing was the most reasonable of all quotes received, and Octavio did not shy away from the narrow space challenge (as a few other contractors had). The work was completed in an extremely professional manner and with courteous service and attention to detail all the way through.

I had a small section of my home which was severely damaged with years and years of water getting inside the siding and running through two storeys of the home . I first replaced the windows with another company and then Octavio from All Pro Metals did the siding portion. He was super informative , explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He knew exactly what was needed to fix the problem and I couldn’t be happier with the result . I would recommend these guys wholeheartedly!

Octavio and crew did an incredible job. This job required custom parapet coppings to be bent to size which is never an easy task.

They also finished the soffits and went as far as to accommodate for the pot-lights that I'll be installing, drilling the holes for me.

Octavio also provided a lot of tips and ideas on some of the work that I'll be doing myself (vinyl siding). He even made sure some of the work he did was done in a way that will make my life easier when doing my installation.

They kept the site super clean and neat.
