After a brief telephone conversation Jeff showed up with different colour samples for a quote. His was the lowest of 3 quotes. Jeff was very helpful and informative. Reid’s just finished re-shingling my house and detached double garage. Jeff was very helpful helping me choose a shingle colour and make for the job. I wanted a totally different colour than what I currently had. The work was completed in one day on the date promised. The site was cleaned up very well and my property and my neighbour’s property was respected and care was taken to avoid damages. I would definitely recommend Reid’s Residential Roofing.

Had some singles fly off and some of the soffit collapse and Jeff took care of the issue promptly. He was well equipped and very knowledgeable. Also had a stubborn leak over my garage which only leaked under certain conditions. Jeff was able to isolate and repair the issue with easy and it hasn’t leaked since. We have had Reid’s roofing out with the wind storm that blew off a few shingles from the roof. Jeff was out that day and replaced the shingles. We have recently noticed that we had some damage to our roof caused by a raccoon. Jeff came out quickly and took pictures of the damages this little creature did, replaced our vent and repaired the shingles.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have repairs or a new roof. We will definitely be calling him when the time comes to replace our roof.
