I had my bathroom completely redone this summer. Daniel provided excellent, high quality work. He is very knowledgeable, qualified, professional, and a very pleasant person, very easy to communicate with and always quick to respond to my calls / messages. The work was completed on time and on budget. I was extremely pleased with the result and very much enjoyed working with Daniel and his team.

After reviewing bids for a bathroom renovation, we picked Daniel Bray Renovation. We liked the finished bathroom so much, we asked him to do a complete kitchen reno that involved stripping everything down to the studs, electrical and extensive structural work.
All performed renos meet current building codes, electrical performed by licensed electricians, gas work by licensed technician, planned and reviewed by Star Engineering, and quickly approved by the City inspector. Dan and his hardworking work and design crew are all personable to work with, provided multiple recommendations for materials and layouts that fit within the budget, were flexible when required and were always available to answer questions. Time estimates were respected even through the pandemic.
Every effort was made to accommodate Covid 19 safety precautions in distancing and masking, the team was as clean as possible constantly sweeping and vacuuming and the attention to detail was remarkable. Dan was able to pick out and perform touchups that we didn't even notice were required!

Daniel and his crew did a fantastic job. The crew did a great job with removing and replacing old, worn hollow concrete steps with a fantastic new wood deck and steps. Daniel is honest, hard-working and has a great work ethic. I would gladly hire Daniel and his crew for any future jobs.

We had a small window of time and a limited budget to renovate a bathroom. Dan and his team gave us a reasonable estimate and worked very hard during a heat wave to get the job done. Dan and his team were hardworking and cared about doing the job right. He knows what he is doing. He was able to address unforeseen complications and did a beautiful job. On top of that he and his team were very pleasant to work with. In a way, I miss having them in my house. But we are very happy to have the project done and to have our house back.

We are very particular about design, materials, quality of finish, and customer service. Dan Bray Renovations have not only blown past our expectations, they have also become like family to us.
The team is excellent with communications: They are very attentive and responsive. Naturally, they are very experienced in their craft, and they have a lot of contacts in the industry. Dan and Angie did not hesitate to work late into the night with us to finalize the details of our latest project, so that we could start on time.
The quality of their work and attention to detail is outstanding: They have put in tremendous care and effort into our projects.

I bought all vanity tub tiles and accessories (as I work at Costco and their prices are the bomb) but the installation was amazing thanks for everything including fixing insulation under tub

Last May we asked Dan to renovate the bathroom in the house we just bought.The sink wasn't even in the bathroom and that was my main concern.Dan and his son completely gutted the bathroom and started fresh and the result was amazing.The work was excellent and he was very thorough and I was amazed with the workmanship.Great job Dan,I would recommend you and your son to anybody in a heartbeat.My Score......10 out of 10

We contacted Daniel Bray Renovations through HomeStars in order to get a new deck built. Daniel and his son Justin arrived at exactly the scheduled time. They went right to work in dismantling the old deck and proceeded to work on the new one. The job was very well done in a timely manner. They made sure to clean up the entire area before leaving. We would definitely hire them again.
