Panes Window Manufacturing

I wasn't sure what to expect ordering windows online, but being able to chat live during my ordering process was excellent and they were extremely patient and helpful. I also was able to ask questions using the online chat process outside of regular hours and got an answer right away, amazing. My order arrived in Edmonton to the warehouse on time and I was able to show up and get them loaded into the trailer. The guys were very helpful and everything went great. Putting the windows in I had a question (on Good Friday) and I was able to get help from both David and Daryl. Daryl and I actually face timed so that he could help me with a question I had (unreal, find that somewhere else). With the tips from Daryl we were able to get the windows and doors in without and issue. These windows are unreal, they are solid and beautiful, they are the nicest thing at our cabin now! I will be ordering again from these guys and I am telling anyone who is looking for windows talk with these guys first! Thanks to your entire team!!
