Had Stay Dry waterproofing come in to give me a second opinion after our contractor doing a different job said we needed $50K in foundation repairs. Stefano came out the next day, told us what little he could see that was wrong and provided the name of an engineer who could tell us for certain. I signed paperwork to fix the 3 cracks we did see, but on the day of they realized there were only two (the third was where a seem in the form had been). Even though I had agreed to pay more, the reduced the price. Work was all done in a day and looks great. Couldnt be happier!

Their services are well-priced and fit our budget. The next day, they were able to fix the crack in our home's foundation professionally and quickly, waterproofing it as well. I had water seeping into my basement whenever the rain came down too hard or long. Stay Dry Waterproofing was quick to respond to inquiries via email or text/phone. The work was started and completed on the appointed date and as indicated on the contract. Outside waterproofing was done rather than the usual indoor sealant injection into cracks in the wall.
The work area was cleaned but there were a bunch of chunks of rock on my lawn.
That said, i havent had any heavy rainfalls yet so i havent really 'tested' the waterproofing out yet. It does come with a 25 year warranty though, so I can use that if necessary.

Domenic came by for to provide a quote, walked me through all the options, explained all the steps and had the patience to answer my many questions. Decided to waterproof around the perimeter of the house. Stay dry were prompt, courteous, professional, and careful with their work and the surroundings. They walked me through everything as the job progressed, and mentioned areas of problem that we should focus on. They finished the job quickly and cleaned up the area. There hasn't been a drop of water in the basement ever since, and the exterior waterproofing looks good and does its job well! Thank you stay dry! Would highly recommend!
