Elmid Design has helped us in the Rezoning and Site Plan approval of our property in Richmond Hill to convert to a 50 Kids Capacity Daycare Centre.
Their expertise, speed, and creative solutions in dealing with the many challenges in this type of project and dealing with other planners, engineers working on this project, was truly amazing.
