Student Works Window Cleaning

First, the "agreement" is very misleading - most of what was there was just a quote and much of it did not apply to my job. They should have separate forms for quotes and actual contracts.
Secondly, most of my windows had to be cleaned twice, at my insistence, before they looked clean. The first go-round had left streaks and an overall cloudy appearance.
Third, they had to move things to access some areas, and many of those things were not returned to their original places. This was a problem with a half-full water barrel that they left at least two feet away from the downspout that fills it.
Finally, the day after they were here I watered my front garden which sprinkled water on my front windows. I was told the the Rain-X product would prevent water marks, but in fact it made them much worse than I've ever had before.
All in all, I feel like I've just flushed $784.00 down the toilet.

We were approached by a friendly, personable young woman to clean our windows, and empty and clean our eaves. The finished job was very much to our satisfaction. No skimping or shortcuts and all was done in a professional manner from first approach to last window cleaned

I hired this company to stain and paint my upper/lower decks in summer of 2021. However, they sent a sales representative(Kolton). He offered us some discounts and provided his personal email id to make payments, when I countered him about this he called someone from his office and said the official email id has some issue in receiving payments and he would transfer payments to the company subsequently.
Eventually, I signed the agreement for the same and the work was completed with a lot of hiccups. The sales rep(Kolton) promised that for three years the work is covered by a guarantee and it would last for atleast 10 years, however the work didn't even last one winter, all the paint job got ripped off. When contacted, the company mentioned by saying the decks are not covered under warranty and that the sales person has quit the company and not paid them the amount for the job hence they can't do anything. My question is they send people with such low integrity to face the client and if they haven't received any payments, they haven't informed the client as well, it is a very disgusting experience overall. Please AVOID THIS COMPANY if possible, see photos of their work

After 10 years residing in this house, the eaves trough had never been properly cleaned inside and out. Student Works did the job. Three weeks and 2 storms later, the eaves look just as clean and shiny as if they were new.

Absolutely terrible job, and very expensive.

Did not clean about 20% of the windows, because they told me the exterior metal frames were too difficult to remove. Either broke or left off the storm window clips, so windows started crashing to the ground the day after they left.

Then do not return calls to fix broken windows, or properly replace storm window replace clips... once they have your money.

They took off the screens , cleaned them. Windows. Our house has lots of windows that would usually take me several days to clean. Would recommend this company to get your windows cleaned.

For the beginning when Benjamin knocked on our door and offered a quote on window cleaning we were impressed with his enthusiasm and professionalism to also agree to having our horrible dirty deck power washed and our house siding cleaned as well.
