Detailed Maids

Second time we've used Detailed Maids for a move in clean. This time after some renovations were completed. They did a fantastic job and we would not hesitate to use them again.

A friend of mine recommended Detailed Maids. Petra and her team (the two Patricias) were amazing. She answered all my questions honestly before we started and was so accessible. Detailed Maids did thorough cleaning of my home. My home has never looked so good. I was impressed by the team's punctuality, their cleaning and the products they used. The team was extremely hard working and polite. It was the first time that I did not have to provide detailed instructions on what needed to be cleaned. They are more expensive but Detailed Maids was worth every penny. My whole family noticed how the house was sparkling. I will definitely be calling them again. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

The cleaning is very thorough! They pay attention to detail, and DON'T rush through the house to complete everything sloppily in an unrealistic time period !!

I recently signed up for bi-weekly cleaning services with Detailed Maids and am extremely happy with the service. The crew arrives on time and provides quality cleaning. Petra is great to work with and provides quick response to any questions I may have.

We needed our basement to be cleaned up, and without second thought contacted Petra as she did a great job last time.
She was very thorough this time as well and explained well in advance what she is going to do.

Petra’s team showed up on time and in force! Unfortunately I couldn’t stick around as I had to leave for work. When I got home after work I was amazed at the work that had been done!!! The attention to detail is off the charts!!

The best example are my windows. I live in an apartment building and I’m pretty sure the last people to live there never ever tried to clean the windows. I tried with windex and paper towel to no avail! They are now almost perfect (except for the ageing which you can do nothing about)

I am certainly satisfied!! And I will be signing up for a monthly service.

We have been using their services regularly for two years now and every time we walk into our house after a cleaning, we feel like we’re walking into a brand new home. Attention to detail is their strength as we can never find any missed areas and you can just tell that they take pride in their work and service. In addition to having a toddler at home, we are also pet owners, so we’re happy that they use all natural cleaning products.
