Varant and his team did an amazing job replacing the floors of my condo, on time, on budget and always with a super positive and friendly attitude! Like most downtown condos, its a small space with irregular shapes and difficult corners. Also, my furniture had to remain in the condo, a job that most other providers either refused or charged ridiculous prices to do! Nothing was a challenge for the Varant team! Had old carpet removed and disposed and luxary vinyl tiles installed. Clean professional work. Job was done in less than 2 days. Knowledgeable in their work. Had some squeaky floors before reno and that was also fixed as well. Would recommend.

We had carpets on the 2nd floor and had been delaying the project worried about the time, dust and quality among others. I am so glad that someone referred Varant to us. He worked hard to get us the best match for our stairs and provided a competitive quote. Varant and his team were extremely professional in every aspect, including start date, covering the rest of the floors, and tidying and replacing the furniture at the end of the day. They worked in our difficult preinstalled walk in closet and produced a result better than they had initially promised. Everyone who has looked at the installation has been impressed with the craftsmanship, especially the cleanliness of the borders.
