For the most part, we needed to shovel to get out in the morning, then needed to shovel to get back in after work. They would show up about 7pm in the evening after the cars were in the driveway for the evening. So disappointed in the lack of common sense and what a waste of money.

Andy snow removal was providing a good service upto last season,which is why I decided to give them my business this year too. But this season their service has been disappointing to say the least. They have been late in cleaning the driveway, and a couple of times they haven't even cleared the windrow from the city truck until late at night, forcing us to clean it ourselves or park on the road. Their reason has always been that some trucks are out of commission. This is an unacceptable excuse, since they are on time when cashing my cheques, they should make sure that they have adequate working trucks to cover their customer base in a snowstorm. I have tried reaching their office several times to complain about this, and reached out by email I have received no response upto now. Disappointed and will not be renewing my contract next year
