We asked Russ to come out and re-route a drain pipe on a kitchen nook roof the was causing a leak in the house. The roof section is 3 stories up (The house has a walkout basement). Russ came out when promised, and did a great job of doing exactly what needed to be done in order to reduce the amount of water flowing onto a kitchen nook rook which was causing excessive wear to the shingles. Thanks for a great job, Russ!

I highly recommend Russ with GutterMedik. We had standing water in the gutters of my duplex and there were very few options for adding downspouts that wouldn't look terrible. I met with Russ beforehand to scope out a spot for the additional downspouts and the finished product is exactly what we were looking for. It's quite evident that Russ takes a lot of pride in his work. We've had other work on our gutters in the past and GutterMedik's prices are very reasonable.

Russ is prompt and prepared. He fitted existing downspout piping to other locations of the roof line, hooked up water flow to rain barrels, and checked the safety of my gutters. I have recommended this company to 3 other neighbours!

Russ with GutterMedik was amazing! Here is my story from today.
Early this morning I saw Russ having a chat with my neighbor and I approached him after they were done talking. I mentioned that, I too, needed repairs on my eavestroughs and rotting facia and could he possibly give me a quote sometime?
I was honest and told him I had been shopping around for companies and was actually waiting for more quotes to come in. Since he was already there, he could take a look and provide a quote.
Russ came across the street and gave me his honest opinion. I mentioned there was rotting facia and that we thought it needed to be replaced. After the inspection of the facia he said that it wasn't rotting at all! It just needs a fresh coat of paint where the water, from the many leaking corners, peeled it off.
Since Russ was already working at my neighbors house today, when that job was complete, he could start the repairs at our house too. I have to say... I was thrilled!
No more waiting, and best of all, no more slipping on the sidewalk in the winter from leaking corners.

Next day service was nice. Negotiated a fair price for the extra dish removal that I requested. Gutters left clean plus some caulking to joints was a nice surprise. Everything was left tidy. Great value!
