I was in a bit of a bind and Rob the owner of PCL completely help me out with giving me honest advice and recommendations that was in the best interest of the customer (which is rare these days).

He listen to my feedback of what I wanted the design to look like in the end and he was able to work with that in mind without compromising any quality of the craftsmanship.

PCL installed the weather barrier, exterior insulation, James Hardie siding, cedar soffit and eave-troughs on my home. They worked through very cold weather and tight site conditions. They followed the drawings provided very carefully (something few trades do today). The same workers, Carlos, Sergio and Daniel, came to sight for the duration of the job and they did not leave the project until the job was done. They were skilled, considerate, respectful and patient. I can't say enough about them. They took their time to do things right. The company is professionally run by Robert who is always willing to work with you to overcome challenges. I would not hesitate to recommend them for this type of work. They provide excellent craftsmanship and service.

Robert and his crew were as good a contractor as anyone could ask . Their quality , attention to detail , and work ethic were outstanding . And what a great bunch of guys , very good to work with . Our place looks great . We're very happy with the result .

We hired PCL to replace our vinyl siding with James Hardie boards and spray foam underneath. Robert, Greg, Carlos and the rest of the team were highly efficient and professional and they paid attention to the details - big and small. The added insulation has already made a difference and we have received compliments from our neighbours on how the finished product looks. We would definitely recommend PCL to others.

Robert and his team have been wonderful to work with. On our first meeting Robert really took the time to listen, while offering his advice when we asked for his opinion.

We replaced our home’s wood siding with Hardie boards. We installed board and batten and shingles. From the beginning, Robert was very helpful in walking us through this job and provided a detailed quote that laid out all aspects of the job. He was always available for our questions and provided us with valuable advice and options when we discovered other issues with our house as the job progressed. He was committed to helping us get the results we wanted and always fair and very responsive to our goals. The entire crew was very professional, friendly, and very diligent. PCL was contracted by my builder to do the installation of aluminum and Hardie board installation, as well as all aluminum soffits, fascia and eaves. Tricky job at times since there was additions to the original 100 year house. The guys were amazing. Every little detail was taken into account and they did things that really made the look of the house pop. They were great with the neighbours and it was easy to ask questions. Even chatted with the owner who was checking on his guys and making sure everything was done perfectly. Couldn't have been more happy with the work they have done.
