Garrett is an expert in the field of demolition and in my experience finishes a job much faster than other demo companies while making sure to be safe and have things done correctly. I would highly recommend giving him a call if you have any demolition that needs to be done.

I am very happy with the work GNR Demolition did for us. We needed to remove the basement ceiling and some wood panelling, and they were able to do this in a reasonable time and cost. They arrived on time and finished the job in few hours. They cleaned up the work area nicely. I would highly recommend them.

We wanted to update our ensuite bathroom and needed to get everything removed so we could start fresh. Contacted GNR and he came to quote the job. Price was reasonable so we proceed and we couldn't have been happier. Very professional from start to finish. Fast and clean. Even the contractor we hired to put in the new washroom commented on what a good job Garrett did.

GNR helped me in some of my first home renovation projects: my kitchen, family room - which involved removing walls, and bathroom. With little knowledge in this industry, I was worried that I would not understand what and why different tasks were happening. However, Garrett and his team were very transparent and communicative with their plans and the execution of the project. They laid out all the plans necessary and even took the time to explain why everything had to be done. Through the duration of the demo, they consistently checked in with me even taking time to explain what they had done and plans for the oncoming days. The rest of my home was treated with care through the entire demo and upon completion my home was left in fantastic condition, no old flooring, all dust was gone, any coverings placed around my home were removed, and my water and electrical was still in perfect working condition!

If you are uneasy about hiring a demolition company due to lack of knowledge, these guys are the ones to call. Genuine, honest, professional company all you could ask for!

I had the pleasure of working with Garrett on a large flooring removal project In my home.. I was very impressed with his work ethic and professionalism and his attention to care and detail.. without me having to ask, Garrett went out of his way to cover the air vents and set up plastic drop sheets for dust prevention. My first encounter with Garrett was with the removal of a structure in my garage. I needed extra space for parking and didn’t know how to get rid of it. The quote process was simple; snapped pictures, price given, and he would come within the couple of days to get the job done. Amazed to see how he can fit everything into his van :)

Satisfied with this job and knowing that he also does landscaping, I asked him to help me with cleaning up my yard from unruly plants, thrash, and stuff that the previous owner left. Again, painless and simple throughout the whole process.
