Boris scheduled an inspection on very short notice. He performed a very thorough inspection and provided lots of information, advice, and tricks about projected home repairs. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Would definitely use him again and recommend to friends.

Boris was a very friendly and helpful inspector who wanted you around throughout the inspection. Pointed out things not only things that needed to be addressed but just general tips and tricks about where things are located and good maintenance. Super quick turnaround time with the report. Thermal imaging came with the inspection which was a bonus.

All in all I will be going out of my way to recommend Boris. A++.

Our experience with home inspector Boris was great! Boris is very knowledgable and professional in house inspection. He is very helpful and answers our questions in a kind manner and very easy to contact when we need him. He is always on time on the day of inspection. He did the inspections on the 3 houses that we tried to buy and 2 of which have major problems. On the 3 house inspections, Boris was very patient and does his job very meticulously and reports are ready few hours after the inspection. We highly recommend Boris for any house inspections.

My wife and I recently purchased a home which was in the process of being renovated. Boris first inspected the home at mid-renovation to bring key areas of concern to the attention of the contractor, and revisited once renovations were completed to ensure all concerns were addressed and renovations were completed to our level of satisfaction.

Boris inspected every single crack and crevice of the space and uncovered some issues that never would’ve been identified if it wasn’t for his immaculate attention to detail and commitment to the service he provides.

More specifically, he found potential areas of concern pertaining to mould in the attic and behind the kitchen counters (both of which were not visible to us).

I cannot thank Boris enough. His thoroughness is unmatched and we are genuinely fortunate and grateful to have him service our home.
