We love our runner!

We are so pleased with the customer service at Love your Stairs, from the initial emails, to the in home consultation, up until installation by Mark (who was friendly and knowledgeable), Rizwan and company have been amazing to deal with!
We will recommend them over and over to anyone who will listen, we can now honestly say ‘We love our stairs’!

Absolutely fantastic service -- start to finish! I'd been dreading the task of replacing the 19 year-old broadloom on my stairs. All I wanted was "same again." But I was expecting runarounds and long searches. But Rizwan got it right away. No up-selling, no pressure -- just fast, efficient service. Rizwan arrived with samples to take accurate measurements and ensure we were perfectly satisfied with the colour choice. Mark did a perfect job installing the new carpet and underpad. I'm still pinching myself -- the time from idle inquiry with the company via the website to complete installation -- not even a week! Awesome service.

I was referred to Rizwan by my neighbour who had recently purchased a stair runner from him. I was not disappointed. Rizwan was very professional and knowledgable. He provided a number of samples to choose from and his costs were comparable to the other quotes I got. The carpet was delivered and installed within 2 weeks. I would not hesitate to refer Rizwan and his team to anyone looking for a new carpet.
