Leveled Ground Inc.

I was given the name of Leveled Ground last spring by a handyman I use often. I called and Adam came out immediately to discuss what I wanted. Because of the wet weather the work wasn't done until this week and took a day and a half. Adam's crew of four strong young men were terrific, well mannered and respectful. I felt very comfortable leaving them with access to my house when I had to go out. I am very pleased with the result.

My concrete pavers driveway had buckled after 7 years of use, and I needed it widened by a few feet. Also, had a simple flagstone path added to side of house.

The crew was punctual and completed the work as planned. There were a few deficiencies eg some stones were not quite level, but these were addressed. Side path was done in a rush with poor attention to evenness of the flagstones, but was rectified promptly.

[In progress] Problems arose 1+ year after, where the driveway is already sinking and buckling in multiple places. It is wearing faster than it it did the first time around. I also had to re-sand the polymeric joints the next year. The company has responded to the issues and we are in the process of addressing.

Advised owner of problems with the work done by his student employees. Owner said he would come by to review deficiencies with me, but never did. Didn't hear back from owner of company.

Adam is prompt in his timing and does great work! He jumped in with no hesitation when another supplier bailed on us mid-season last year and we’ve hired him back this year.

With great work ethic and reliability leveled ground fixed my pavers along the front of my house, garage and side walkway. They were attentive to my particular concerns and addressed them with courteousness and flexibility.

Project required much planning, discussion, energy (to go to select products used, decide and iron out details.)....but it was well worth it. The installing staff are exceptional and pleasant, boss Adam knows what he’s doing! And the outcome is outstanding!!!!!!

Everything you want in a contractor - attentive, showed up when they said they were going to, did what they promised they would do, cleaned up after themselves, were courteous, and were done in a day.
