Randy had a real challenge repairing stucco that had been badly cut out for a front door replacement. A challenging build out was needed and colour matching for 20-year old Imasco colours that were no longer in production. It took 3 visits and and plenty of hours, but the result is excellent, colours and styles perfectly matched and done in a period of about 2 weeks. Another plus, Randy really engaged us in thge work and the risks, and kept us informed. The work was done to an agreed price.

I am condominium property manager in Calgary and I was introduced to Randolph Stucco by a third party who had sub-contracted Randy to do stucco work as a part of a larger project. The Board of Directors and I were so impressed with the work he did there. You won't find anyone that can match the stucco as closely as Randy does. I now use Randolph Stucco for all stucco and parging projects for all the properties in my portfolio. I already have him working at 4 different properties this year.

Randy came in prior to our landscape project to repair water damaged stucco. Randy not only repaired the stucco but fully explained what needed to be done and why. He notified us when he would start, how long it would take and did an excellent job of site cleanup on each visit. Color matching our existing stucco was great. We had Randy back again for repairs due to new deck construction and he not only repaired the stucco but informed us of improperly installed drip edge on the deck and promptly replaced it himself before continuing the repairs. After a number of renovations and contractors it was a pleasure dealing with Randy. We have and will continue to recommend him to others.

Randy was doing some stucco repairs for us, during which time he discovered more damage to the home behind the stucco. Randy took the time to explain what had likely happened, worked with other contractors to assist in the repair, and delay completion until all structural work was completed.
