I had a small yet concerning repair job on my roof. Holes that had been created by scaffolding for siding replacement had either been filled with silicone caulking, or not filled at all. In consultation with water proofing experts I learned caulking does not stand up well in the long term for roofs. At the least roof tar should be used, or better yet replace shingles. As I live in a location that is subject to a lot of hail and water damage it was important to me to properly seal my roof.
When I called Diamondcut Roofing Stephen took my concerns seriously and leant his professional opinion. He supplied a reasonable quote and with my approval had Jeff out the next morning to replace my shingles. Jeff was friendly, polite, efficient, more than knowledgeable and very clean. He started at 9 am and was done before noon.
I was very impressed with service and greatly relieved to have my roof waterproofed properly. I would highly recommend this company.

After the recent high winds, we noticed a shingle laying on our deck as well as what looked like at least one loose shingle on the roof. Stephen got back to me right after I opened the service request on the weekend and was at my house Monday afternoon. He was able to repair the damage right away. I am very happy with the prompt service and the price. I would definitely recommend Diamondcut.

Stephen and his crew installed a new roof for us about 3 years ago and did a great job. Last spring we had a huge windstorm and found some shingles in our backyard. Stephen came over that day and inspected our roof at no charge and found that the shingles were off of our neighbour's house. Today, after our 3 week cold snap Stephen was to come over and inspect our attic for an "attic rain" event. After talking and describing the situation, Stephen determined that it was not critical and also gave some GREAT advice to avoid a repeat situation. Stephen is a professional through and through and I am proud to write a positive review for him. We had went with the Class 4 hail resistant shingles for the city rebate.
Diamondcut Roofing had our roof installed followed by inspection to qualify for the city rebate. We were told that the roofing was done very well and was evident by what we seen.

Very impressed with Stephen. He offered a very competitive price and met me prior to the work being done. His crew came early in the morning and by nightfall, all was complete. We just had our roof done and were so pleased with Stephen and his crew. They arrived promptly at 8:30AM and worked through the evening as they had to replace the plywood on the roof. They thoroughly prepped the roof for the shingle installment the next day.

We were also impressed that they were respectful of our neighbours by working hard, minimal talking and keeping the worksite clean.
