The representatives from this company removed our old water heater and drained it using the washing machine drain pipe. They installed the new hot water heater and said the job was done. The next day when we used the washing machine the drain pipe had not been reconnected and our kitchen and hallway were quickly flooded damaging the floor. The worker came to assist us with industrial fans and brought a sample of flooring that he said he could have installed for us and we would at a later date discuss the division of the cost. After that we never heard from him again. We called and emailed with no response. So we are left with a damaged floor which had been newly installed with no Compensation. This company does not follow through on it's promises. We also think we were over charged for the work that was done. Do not do business with this company.

I spoke with Joel on the phone. I explained the service I needed. He told me 200.00 on the phone. He took out a 6 in pipe nipple and put in a 4in and capped it. Turned the pilot light on my fireplace back on. Was here maybe 15 minutes and charged me 300.00 cash

Additionally, he was very helpful in non related matters and offered helpful advice and suggestions - not in a sales pitch sort of way, but just to be extra helpful. We will be calling Joel again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Price is a little more then I thought but very nice and professional willing to do the work even though its a small job

Joel was great. I had a leak in one of my pipes. On a Sunday he replied very quickly and was able to be here in less than hour. He was very courteous and professional. He had the best quote of all the plumbers I talked to. If I ever need a plumber again Joel will be my go to guy. I would trust his work anytime.
