Marc first impressed us with a prompt reply to our request for quotation. He assessed the work accurately and quickly, while still spending the time needed to understand what we were looking for and discussing the pros and cons of the options. He arrived to do the work when he said he would, got through the job quickly and gave good advice on the colour values of the pot lights. He fussed with the pendants until they were hung exactly right. On top of that, Marc is a really pleasant person to have in your home, and he also provided a terrific reference for another person to do some drywall work that we needed done.

Marc was great at communicating all along, from booking a date to have the power turned off, to arrival details and a follow up message. He was on the job with Mike, who then finished the instillation.They were able to accommodate our request to fit the new panel and surge protector in the existing cabinet. Marc returned to help check and label each breaker. Mike took extra time to ensure the land line, internet and cable tv were all working as well, since these were in the same cabinet. Marc put me at ease from our first conversation. He took time to listen and answer all my questions and make suggestions. He gave me time to decide with our pressure at all.
When he came for the estimate he knew right away how to get the job done. Another company said they didnt think it could be done and would be too much work.

Marc was quick to respond and squeezed us into his busy schedule. My pool pump was not running after opening the pool last weekend. Every time the circuit was enabled, it tripped the breaker. Marc found the faulty switch, replaced it and we were up and running. We really appreciated Marc taking the time to fix our problem in such short notice. Thanks Marc!!!

Needed 4 GFCI outlets taken care of, plus a new GFCI breaker for my pool pump. Marc responded immediately and came to do the work the same day. Older house with aluminum wiring, so the work was a bit tricky. Not a problem for Marc though.
