Working with Brent at Imagine Maintenance was a delight. He responded quickly to my initial email regarding our gutter clean out. Though he was booked for a couple of weeks (I emailed during a particularly rainy time in Vancouver) he let me know he possibly would have an opening in the schedule and if I were flexible he would fit us in on that date. I was, he ended up having the space available, and he and his colleague Mike arrived at our agreed-on time that day. I and some additional questions about areas of concern, which they were happy to address, showing me their work and describing how we'd go about fixing the problems. Their gutter and downspout clean out work was outstanding, delivered efficiently and professionally. The gutters drain like a dream and they've been cleaned so that they look practically new.

Brent and I discussed having our house and walkways power washed and we will contact him for that shortly. We are very glad we found Imagine Maintenance, will definitely use the company going forward and are happy to strongly recommend it to new clients.
