It's a refreshing experience to have such professionalism in my home to help clean the mess others have left in the past. First, the team came exactly at the time scheduled. Second, they examined the direct path to get to the HVAC and supply the pipes readying for cleaning. Third, through out the whole process they showed us the mess in our ducts and how it got cleaned. Finally, every step was an education spoken with empathy: "We suggest you may want to look in to this...", "This is how you clean xyz". I'll will be seeing you again in a couple of years.
