We use a wide array of air cleaning tools, such as air whips, brushes, reverse and forward air flow jesters (air snake) to loosen or break up all caked on dirt, dust and debris from the interior surfaces of all duct lines. We were recommended Ductwise by family, and after reviewing homestars as well as talking to a few other companies, we decided on to go with Ductwise. We were outside their normal area, and originally they recommended a few other companies to us. After explaining how we came to find out about them, they were decided to try and make it work and came out. They were on time, very friendly and professional. I was impressed with the speed and efficiency, and that was while also answering all of our 3 and 5 year old's questions. They took pictures in as well as showed us first hand what they were seeing as well as the job after it was complete. I was also impressed with their knowledge and advice on how to improve our heating and cooling efficiency. Overall I was very impressed with Ductwise and the job they did.

Phil and Kyle came in to clean our ducts, very personable guys who know their business well. Phil's years of experience and dedication shine through. Both of the guys explained the process, fielded questions and concerns. It is amazing to have seen via video the dust that had collected in the pipe system in 4 years since the last time it was done. They guys cleaned the dryer vent as well...very important as plugged dryer vents are a fire hazard!

The two man crew arrived on time, set up the equipment and spent a few minutes explaining the process. They were very efficient and professional. I could see an immediate improvement in the air flow to the third story of our house. We were given advice on the proper type of furnace filter to use and repairs were done to the duct work to correct some problem areas that we were not aware of. Would definitely recommend Ductwise.
