Ductwise Duct Cleaning

We noticed our dryer was no longer sending air outside and that the vent had disconnected in behind the walls. I reached out to Ductwise they were the first company to contact me back and ended up being the most helpful. They were able to assess and correct the issue in a very timely manner. Phillip and his son Jake came to our home promptly. They were professional and courteous. Phillip explained how the cleaning would proceed; what steps were involved and what kind of noise level would occur. They had all the necessary materials to ensure that my home remained clean. They laid down carpet and floor protectors and left no debris behind. They took before and after photos of the ducts and shared them with us. (Yuck and Wow!)
They were super knowledgeable and very efficient. As an aside, we had just had new countertops delivered. I was not happy with the placement. They removed them and helped me to put them in their proper place. I would highly recommend Phillip and Jake again. In fact, I already have. They have an appointment at my friend’s house next week.

Very fast, and friendly. They were clean and kind. It was a much quieter service than I was expecting. I was able to go about my day with very little interruption. We had this service done in February so it was cold outside but they were fast, only having the furnace off for as long as necessary and had a cover for the door as it needed to be open to allow the pipe to go out to the truck. Hardly noticed the change in temperature. Will be calling them again when we are due.

I found Phillip and his son to be extremely professional, they were very efficient and did an excellent job, took pictures and showed me the before and afters , provided recommendations for furnace filters, how often I should change those filters, how often I should get my ducts cleaned and explained the entire process from beginning to end.

I had my Ducts cleaning by Ductwise and am very very impressed with their work. They called to confirm the appointment the day before and were very polite and respectful while there. They were in and out without a mess in about an hour and a half and I would recommend them to any of my friends.
