I called Danny after reading his reviews with a 10 star rating at HOMESTARS. He responded to my inquiry by first asking several questions as to my problem, which was sinking paving on an extension made to the Driveway approx 4 years ago, when ever a Service Truck put weight on this area. He immediately stated that there was insufficient sub base, and said the extension would have to be lifted. He also gave a price for the work site unseen. Within two days he visited, confirmed his assessment and firmed up his price as originally outlined.
He requested permission to raise a portion of the asphalt, confirmed that there was very little stone before reaching clay, but there was 4 inches of asphalt of a crumbly consistency. He then took off the complete extension with a Pickaxe and Hammer normally requiring a machine.
This was Friday, he said he could not work Monday as the Asphalt Plant was closed but Tuesday morning got a call to say he would arrive before noon.
He added stone re compacted the area and laid out the asplalt which was so hot coming out of his heated trailer it was sizzling. ( original asphalt was delivered in a Dump Truck at the end of the day.)
There was some asphalt left in the box , so Danny laid strip by the edge of the Garage were some subsidence had occurred.
Danny has just finished the sealing of the Driveway, now its like NEW.

We had water accumulating under the stones of the driveway and the stairs to the house were falling apart. Danny, the owner came and gave me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and very clear about what needed to be done. He came a few days later and all the work was done in one day and within the cost given and it was all done extremely well. He also sealed the driveway and the stairs to prevent water from seeping in. Overall an excellent experience.

We recently had work done to our home which required a bin that was placed on our driveway. Unfortunately this bin created some unsightly damage to our less then one year old driveway. Enter Danny to the rescue. He was able to burn the damaged areas away followed by a thorough sealing. The damage is now barely noticeable after Danny's great work.

My interlock was out of control with weeds. After calling Danny, he gave me a quote over the phone on the Monday, showed up on the Wednesday and completed the job the same day. He honoured the price and did a great job. He sealed the interlock, flagstone porch and finished off the job with the driveway. Wife and I are so pleased with the pleasant transaction.

we were told our Unilock Umbriano is a very difficult stone to seal as the polysand can get stuck on the stone. I called Danny after reading reviews on Homestars. he knew the stone ,knew what product to use and did an excellent job. He is very honets and punctual in his work too

Danny has sealed our driveway since 2006. He has always been very dependable and does a great job! He knows what he is doing and is very polite and respectful of our property. Danny is our man when it comes to sealing our driveway.

I was looking for a company to seal my driveway and around my house, so I phoned a few companies who came and gave me a quote for sealing. When the day came, no one showed up. I called another company who referred me to Danny. Danny called me right away and that afternoon he came to my house. He looked at my concrete and told me that it was not sealing I needed, it was a conditioner to remove the many layers that other companies had been adding to my concrete. It was wonderful to finally have an honest contractor come to my home and not over price me. Danny cares enough to tell me what really needs to be done. Danny and his crew showed up on time and did a beautiful job, and cleaned up there mess. My husband and I were very pleased with the job as well as how polite they were. Next year I will be calling Danny and his crew to come back and hopefully my driveway will be ready for the sealing.
