Went with Conroy on a recommendation and it was a fantastic idea. He not only found the wood that best matched our existing hardwood but then worked to ensure the new flooring matched the existing down to orientation of the wood grain and the baseboards. He was efficient, followed all the guidelines laid out by our management company, kept our condo clean throughout and was very reasonably priced; once the work was finished he clearly outlined the total cost and provided all the information I would need to find the same wood again if necessary. He also is a quick communicator

Had a flood required a toilet change...gave the job to them and 4 years later even Enbridge plumbing asking for the recipet and Satchell reno. Couldn't produce a reciept got the toilet he waa given money to purchase. Guess the toilet fell off a truck because to date Conroy has NOT replied or produced a receipt...Stay FAR

Moved in my home and prior to moving in replaced my floors from the old school flooring to hardwood. Conroy was professional, advised of would colours that would compliment my home style. conroy was very informative of what was needed and even ensured he went out and bought everything. he made this process as a first time home buyer stresssss free....Thanks Conroy....
