Unique Touch Concrete Design - concrete polishing specialists in Toronto

My wife and I hired Unique Touch to polish the floor in our basement. We were in a similar situation to the previous reviewer; our basement was flooded a while back and we wanted a no-fuss floor solution in case it happened again. From first contact, Edson and Tony were extremely helpful and spent time on the phone with us to ensure we understood the process and what the finished product would be.

The crew arrived on time every morning, they covered the necessary areas of our house and made sure to clean up and return everything to original state when they finished.

The end result is a magnificent looking floor. Their attention to detail was superb and the 40 year old slab looks great. We initially thought we'd need new concrete poured over top the old slab but Edson ensured us he could get the original one shining, and they delivered on that promise. Communications were excellent and all questions were answered in the process. I can't recommend these guys enough!
