Carpet Stair Runner Installation

Abraham and the team at Multiple Choice Flooring were great to work with. From the first phone call to the stair runner being installed, Abraham listened to all our questions/concerns and answered them clearly.

The actual installation took less than 2 hours and the finished product speaks for itself. It looks great and the quality of installation was fantastic. We got extra carpet for the future just in case, and the team cleaned up the entire work area after they finished.

Given the quality of work, materials, and professionalism, I would happily work with Abraham again and recommend Multiple Choice Flooring to anyone looking for this type of work.

Carpet replacement

Carpet Installers review in Toronto

Carpet threading came loose, as you can see in the photo. The company came as a referral and well recommended---and they were great. Knowledgeable, efficient, prompt, did a great job and very quickly. The replacement piece, from spare original carpet, will blend perfectly once the rest of the area is steam-cleaned. Very personable and meticulous, the two gentlemen who took care of the work were terrific. Highly recommend their service!

Carpet and Laminate Combo In Scarborough

I called them and within a couple of days the estimate was done In person and a comprehensive Estimate was emailed to me about two days after that. We settled on an install date before the end of the month (within 2 weeks of the estimate) and they arrived on time and tore out all my old ratty carpeting and installed fresh laminate in upstairs living room and kitchen and re-carpeted the stairs and landing all within about 5 or 6 hours! Amazing! Abraham was very friendly and the job was expertly done. I would definitely recommend this place!

Basement carpeting

I could not recommend Abraham more highly. He explained why I should not get vinyl plank flooring in my basement (the floor is not even enough), even though that was the more expensive option. After he installed my carpet I realized that there was a defect in it. It looked like a shadow but there was a stain. He and I had both thought it was just a shadow. He didn't want me to wait for his supplier to approve replacement of the defective area so he ordered and installed new carpet to almost half the room a few days later. The carpet was installed much more professionally than my old carpeting was, and the customer service was outstanding. I will definitely use Multiple Choice Flooring for any future flooring needs.
