Well, my driveway is complete but a couple of things
+ they gave me the run around for 2 weeks after I paid the deposit. They promised to show up twice and flaked on me.
+ they finally did the work and Im not super thrilled.
1. My previous driveway was thicker so now Im dealing with the new driveway not levelling with the grass and debris and crap keep getting caught in it.
2. Theres seams all down my driveway, which they say will go away. They would only do my entire driveway because they wanted it even but theres still lines so not sure it was worth redoing the whole thing.
3. They shorted me a few inches on the width I asked them to make it but its whatever at this point.

All in all, Im sure Joe is a good guy but I havent had the most pleasant experience. Ive reached out but he goes silent after a reply or two.

Im just hoping my driveway last at this point. Others seemed to have a good experience, just wasnt my luck.

Joe came by and provided a quick estimate and listened to all our requests (grading away from the house and slightly extra raised decline area to divert water flow from the downspout).

When they came to remove the old asphalt, we discovered there was multiple layers of old asphalt applied by the previous home owners/companies. Joe removed it all with ease and compromised on the added cost which was fair considering the amout of asphalt waste to be disposed of. The removal was fast and clean with minimal disturbance to the neighborhood and they were extremly careful of the house, sidewalk, street. They applied foundation and rolled / tamped repeatedly to ensure a hard compacted foundation for the asphalt so that we do not end up with the tire dipped driveways we have seen on some houses around the area. They made sure to mark paving lines as requested as well. Overall the removal of old material, marking lines, and applying foundation took about 1.5 hours.

When it came time to pave, Beaver Paving came in like a well oiled machine. They created crisp lines, applied a nice thick layer of asphalt and remembered all of our requests for a slightly raised lip along the house for an extra aggressive decline for water flow. They were careful not to disturb our existing interlock and ensured there were no blemishes on the final product (lines or randomly raised areas) by repeatedly rolling on the asphalt to ensure grading and edging was perfect.

Would highly recommend their service based on price for work done, quality of work done, and great staff.

All I can say is Joe and team delivered an incredible job and I am absolutely thrilled with the work they have done. I did not expect but when they showed up on the day of work, I was impressed that they had all the heavy machinery they needed to get the work done. I have seen others where they just had very basic equipment, but Beaver Paving, I should say is the real deal.
They also provided me with suggestions on how to make the borders and the way it turned out, I was absolutely blown away.

Tony and team were very easy to work with and responsive throughout the process. Of 3 other paving contractors contacted, Tony was the only one to call me back and within 24 hours, with consistent timely followups throughout. They did a great job and would recommend their services. The crew was very fast and professional and was able to get the job done in one day.
