Crazy Joe's Drapery & Blinds

I contacted Joe to replace a very large 120 inch roller blind, add in a new rod with sheers as well as replace a rod and sheers in another room. Joe was prompt; measurements, order, and install all done within a week and my wife and I are in love with the end result!

Our dated, fragile pinch-pleated sheers needed replacing and we visited the Mississauga CJ's location to consider options with Joe himself. With measurements provided by me, we placed an order for custom, box pleated voile sheers for our living room bay window and were quoted a very reasonable price. I hung them today, and must say that the quality of both the fabric and the outstanding workmanship have exceeded my expectations, and that the drapes fit the existing drapery track perfectly. Needed blinds for whole house. Joe came to visit us in Richmond Hill and made very helpful suggestions. We wanted a rush job and he was able to accommodate us to get everything within 2 weeks. I was very impressed with his responsiveness to any issues. We had a few minor issues after installation and every time I contacted him, he answered right away and dealt with it quickly. I was never worried that I would have to chase the issue down. The blinds look great. Would definitely recommend.

I was a customer of Crazy Joe's when I moved into my Town House many years ago. Now it is time for a change. I reconnected with Crazy Joe's and it was the right decision. I needed blackout and thermal curtains for the coldest room in the house above the garage. Leo found the right colour and pattern to match my newly painted room. The curtains look great! Based on reviews, I called Crazy Joe’s for an estimate on sheers as I knew the exact measurements I wanted. Joe quoted me the best price. I dropped by his store to select the sheers. The turn around time took only one week. When I brought them home, I misjudged the length. They were a few inches too short. I called Joe who said it wasn’t a problem for them to adjust the hem. I also noticed I didn’t have enough rings to hook the curtains onto. He didn’t have the exact rings but gave me some he thought might work, which they did. He didn’t charge me for them.. I only waited 1 week to have the hem adjusted. When I picked them up, he told me no charge!! Even when it was my fault for not giving them the exact measurement, 100% recommend Crazy Joe’s! Thank you so much Joe! :)

I purchased 4 sets of blinds for my basement windows. Joe beat all the competition. When one of the units turned out to be faulty he replaced it free of charge!
