Needed immediate fascia repair, damaged due to the wind storm. Though it was not a big job, PMT was able to come out right away (next day) and repair the damage, when most other companies were 'too busy' or had a high flat rate for smaller jobs. Very professional and accommodating.

I contacted Phillip on a recommendation from neighbor about replacing Eavestroughs, Soffit and Facia on my house, and after meeting with Phillip to go over the work that I wanted done, I decided to contract him to do the work. On Tuesday March 20, 2018, his crew of four installers arrived at my house to tackle this project and in 2 days, the team completed the work giving the project the outmost attention to detail, workmanship and quality. Qualities that often hard to find with many companies. With no hesitation, I would recommend the services of PMT to anyone looking to have this type of work done, or any of the many other service that Phillip and his company offers. Amazing service, Philip was on time and did a great job. Philip did a great job repairing and fixing the down spots that was damaged during the winter. His prices were also very fair.

Philip came to the rescue for us to clean our eaves in the past but this time we needed some major repairs to fix a fallen eaves trough due to heavy snow and ice. I recently sold my parents home that will be closing next week and thought no one will be able to fix it before the closing due to the weather until Philip reassured us he will fix it no problem. He went within the hour to examine it and gave us a quote, it was fixed the next day! He even sent before and afters to display how it looked as good as new! Instead of charging us a fortune to replace the entire part he always tries to save his clients time and money which is greatly appreciated! Philip could not be a kinder man!!!

Philip is great! Our downspout flowed into our main drain and we needed to disconnect and cap it. He was quick to respond with a quote after asking for some pictures. He also proposed a unique solution of attaching a hinge to the downspout since it needed to drain out the backyard but would be crossing a walkway in our backyard before hitting the grass and therefore be a tripping hazard. The hinge lets us bend up the downspout when we need to move around in the backyard. We'll definitely use him to get our eaves cleaned in the spring!

We hired them to service a few of our stores, they're 100% BETTER than the last window cleaning service we had and much more reasonable in price. Happy to hire them on a longterm basis.

We moved to a new house and were really glad that Phillip services this area as well! They came and cleaned our gutters and pointed out the situation with our downspouts. We knew he was right and agreed to the corrections.

He went much out of his way to pick up our uniquely coloured gutter material and installed them promptly. Before that, he had made sure to confirm what we were going to be doing with that part of the property so he could situate the materials in just the right configuration so as not be in the way of our future plans. Thinking ahead. Extremely pleased!!!

I am pleased to recommend PMT Home Services. Philip and his partner were punctual, polite and professional. Philip responds very quickly to calls or emails. He was very accommodating to complete the job early as we called late in the season. After cleaning the eaves, Philip showed the residue that had been collecting in the eaves and gave suggestions for future consideration. Will definitely be calling again!
