I needed a GFCI outlet installed A.S.A.P. I contacted about 5 electricians through Homestars, via emails, voicemails. One electrician over the phone gave me a starting price and upwards with NO end price, only agreeing by phone to come over. I sent photos to another electrician, as requested, with no quotes or how to go about his services. Others had office people calling to schedule appointments. No thank you. All a waste of time.
Kaum contacted me right away. I told him that I wished he could see the project. He came over with his son Kyle, also a licensed electrician. He gave me a quote. No pressure! I accepted the quote. They didn't have the supplies and were going to start the next day. Kyle was eager to start the project, since they were already here and had the time. They did as much prep work as they could, fishing wires, drilling holes, etc.
They came right on time the next day. We collaborated as a team. They didn't try to up sell me on anything. The price was the same from start to finish. Everything was done professionally and up to code. They were easy to talk to and work with. They treated my family like their own. They speak from the heart, not the wallet. I'm so glad I found them, because it's very stressful having strangers in your home, not knowing what to expect.
They are my electricians for life, unless they retire or move out of the country. Let's hope not.

Kaum & Kyle were very informative, professional and prompt when I made my initial inquiry for a quote to correct a horrendous electrical job by a previous contractor. They made arrangements to come for a quote, and arrived on time as true professionals. They passed on a ton of helpful information while providing a fair quotation for the work and friendly conversation. Once the big day arrived, they were prompt, clean and did an utterly phenomenal job.

Due to a high 18' ceiling and awkward space, I needed a skilled electrician to install a chandelier. Since Trini Electric had an excellent rating on HomeStars, I reached out to them to see if they were interested/available. Kaum and his son did a great job.

Because it ended up requiring scaffolding, it wasn't easy. Kaum kept in regular contact to let me know when they were available to do the installation. Only after the chandelier was installed did it become obvious that it was damaged and not by Kaum or his son; it had been shipped that way. I will be in touch with them to install the new shade when it arrives.
