When we initially signed all the paperwork and started working with you-we made you a promise, where we are going to be with you all the way throughout the entire project and take care of all of your questions and concerns. Furthermore, your project will be completed to your full satisfaction within the time and the budget that we have agreed upon-we really hoped that we would able to fulfill that promise... However, we do understand that a times there might be some unforeseeable circumstances that are beyond our control. We can never guarantee to our clients, that there wouldn't be any ‘unintentional mistakes’ on the behalf of our trades/workers -who are prone to human errors like any one of us. However, we do guarantee that should there ever be a ‘mistake’ it will be rectified immediately at no extra cost to you. Having said that, we would like to emphasize that we still recognize those “mistakes” and since we strive for perfection we would like to try and make you feel that those mistakes never took place...
Once again, I would like to emphasize that we will always be there for you, now and in the future. We will take care of all of your questions and concerns as we are just a phone call away.
