We had water damage in our basement. Steve was initially great to work with. He answered all my calls and texts promptly. All went pretty well. Igor and his guys did a wonderful job. They're nice, professional and such hard workers. Thanks Oleg for reaching out to us and made things right.

We had water damage in our basement. Steve was initially great to work with. He answered all my calls and texts promptly. All went pretty well till I made the mistake of paying them before completely checking the job. They were no show time after time they promised to show up. No calls, no explanation. I'm very disappointed at their poor after sales service. I wish I would have gone with another company.

We had water damage in our basement. Steve was great to work with. He is easy to work with, answered all my calls and texts promptly. His quote was better than 2 other I've gotten. Igor and his men start working on it in the next few days, digging, waterproofing, replacing the old weeping tiles with new ones, installed a sump pump and back water valve. They were efficient, professional, friendly and hard workers. They clean up well after themselves too. Great guys, highly recommended.
