Sokol at National Star was fantastic to work with. He walked me through the roof repair, and showed me how the existing roof I had was damaged (and set up to fail by the original roofers), and what to look for.
During the actual installation, he kept me in the loop with pictures of the actual roof repair (there were several sections that needed to be replaced due to rot). He got back to me quickly whenever I had questions, and followed up after installation to make sure my particular issues (rainwater flowing toward the seams of the house and garage) were corrected.
I'm used to other roofing companies (friends' houses) leaving debris and tire-exploding nails everywhere, but my driveway was spotless after. I can't say I want to replace my roof ever again, but if I did, it'd be with him and National Star.
