Fantastic service from start to finish! Its been 2 years since National Star replaced our roof and there have been zero issues. They subcontracted out the eavestrouph replacement and everyone did an excellent job - courteous, respectful, smiles and focused on getting the job done well. I highly recommend National Star based on my first (roof of my house) and on my second contracts with them. I contacted them a second time to replace the roof of my garage but also to renovate the inside and outside of the garage, to remove and to replace the deck and railing on top of the garage and to renovate the back entrance of the house as it had started to rot and was in very bad shape.
From the beginning to the end of the renovation, the team was extremely professional, hard workers not counting their hours until the work is perfectly executed. Alex and Andi inspected the work done at every step and if anything needed to be done even better, they did it. The renovation revealed some hidden issues due to water damage. National Star addressed each issues in a very professional way in providing solutions while respecting the budget. I had never seen a company so much oriented into such a high level of quality in their work. They go above and beyond in providing solutions and final results that will leave no doubt that you made the right decision in choosing them.

We had National Star roofing reroof my house and my two neighbours at the same time. They came highly rated and they disappoint!! They did an amazing job, and were very cost competitive! I can't thank the guys enough, they worked long hours to get the roof completed quickly and efficiently, and kept the worksite very clean. Alex and Andi were very professional and responsive, and recommended some fixes to our roof (improved venting and guttering) that will help improve the longevity of our roof in the future.

We highly recommend National Star Roofing company! It is a family-run business which, very recently (June 10th ), completed a total reroofing project on our home in Lower Springbank. From start to finish, they were highly professional! Sokol responded very promptly to our request for an assessment and brought a team of people to assess complications that might have been an issue due to the number of large skylights that we have in our roof, plus our decision to change from tile to shingle roofing materials. In addition, our home is quite large and was designed with many different angles on the roof. The project began shortly afterwards, with shingles chosen by the owners ordered and stored. A reliable and extremely hard-working crew of 10 workers arrived promptly at 7:00 a.m. on the scheduled day to begin the project. Aleks and Tony took charge of the supervision, trouble-shooting and problem-solving. Thanks to long hours and extremely hard work by the team, the removing of the old tile roof and complete reshingling was completed in 3 days. National Star, also, has access to other sub-trades who were contracted and arrived promptly to complete the installation of the new fascia, reinstallation of the eavestroughs and conduct some stucco work. We commend the entire National Star team for their hard work, excellent quality of product delivered and high standard of service. Congratulations!

National Star Roofing has great people. Sokol was so helpful providing a very detailed quote & answering all our questions. He called immediately when a weather window opened up & luckily the work was completed in 3 days, just prior to a recent snow storm. Alex, the owner, was on-site each day checking on the progress & discussing any issues or recommendations with Rick. John, Gino & Marta were very hard workers, who obviously took pride in their work. Site was cleaned daily. As a family business, everyone worked to make sure we were completely satisfied.
For us, National Star Roofing was a definite 10 out of 10 & we would happily recommend them & would hire them again.
