Enviro Surface Removers Inc

I had a 1958 home that needed the floors removed. These guys did a wonderful job of not creating a dusty messy work space for the other contractors. I had other quotes from "kijiji" contractors and I am so happy i paid these guys to come and guarantee their work. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time shopping out quality work through crappy kijiji type companies. These guys were amazing!

We just got second floor carpet remover. They did very good job, and cleaned everything. They checked everywhere to make sure no any small nail left.

Thoroughly recommend this company. Very professional, very organised, great team work, excellent communication. Delighted with result - sub floor prepped to new house standards. Was dreading this part of my Reno (up there with dry wall) but I was pleasantly surprised!

The people arrived on time and did a great job at removing the old sub floor under my old vinyl. There was large patches of glue used and it would have taken me weeks to remove. These guys removed it in one long day and cleaned everything up. Highly recommended.

Had old floor and shower tile removed, along with an old jacuzzi tub. Assessment was done quickly. They did a great job. It was done very quickly, professionally and the site was left clean.

We're changing our floor inside the sun-room removing approximately 300 square feet of 1/4" tile & thin set. We tried to remove it our self and found it was very difficult it would have taken a very long time and would most likely had destroyed some body joints in the process. One thing for sure is we would have never had the result that we did with Enviro Surface Removers Inc. They were extremely professional in every aspect from the quality work of removal with generating no dust to the final clean up. Blair and his crew were very Professional and did a perfect job .
Initially just called them for flooring tile removal but they were able to accommodate my additional request to remove Backsplash and Fireplace tile on the same day. Even the flooring guys were impressed at the clean and flat floor to work with.

I had Blair and his crew recently do an entire basement demo, which included not only removing the tiles and grinding down the thin set but they also demo’ed the existing bathroom, bedroom wall and removed the ceiling drywall. Blair and Bob’s crew showed up when they said they would and worked hard.

Blair was extremely responsive to my emails and requests. I had a hard deadline to get the job done before sunday and even though my tile was coming up in chips instead of full tiles which probably doubled to amount of work, Blair was able to get a crew in on a Saturday to finish the job without any extra cost and no complaints at all.

We had Enviro Surface Removers come to our dental clinic over the weekend and rip out 700 sq ft of porcelain tile in 2 days. It was a spur of the moment decision to change the floor tiles and I literally called the company and told them I needed to get the tile out ASAP and Blair mobilized his team to our clinic in under 30 minutes. In fact, they were so quick to get there that they actually beat me there! Bob showed up with a team of 3 and were very careful to properly tarp and cover all sensitive cabinets and equipment up. They brought in 3 industrial vacuums to eliminate any dust and immediately got to work. These guys went above and beyond. The tiles were like five times harder to remove than expected because there was a special membrane that been placed under the thinset/mortar which effectively bonded it to the concrete below and the stuff just wouldn't come off - they had to jackhammer every last ounce of it away. Despite how much more difficult it was than they initially expected, these guys did not complain nor did they charge me more and they worked overtime over two days to finish the job so that I could immediately proceed with retiling the rooms. They were polite and courteous the whole time and were very thorough when they cleaned up at the end. My tiler came to check on their work and was very impressed with the floor that he had been left with, and he was able to start tiling the very next day with a local tile that was in stock. Five stars and well worth every penny.
