We approached Mark from Brooklin Blinds and Shutters to get a quote and from the get go he was amazing. He came in with many different pieces that might be used so that we could not only be informed about what would be done, but actually see it firsthand. Mark was so relaxed about the whole process and took the time to help us understand what was being offered and how it would look when completed.
Most importantly, he came up with a solution for our oversized patio door (3 large panels) which looks great and allows in the most unrestricted view possible.
We also had an upgraded trim around our windows which the casing that they had matches so well you would think that the shutters were part of the original design.

Installation was a breeze. They showed up on time, had everything ready to go, were courteous, professional and honest. They were done very quickly since they knew exactly what needed to get gone and the place was left clean.

We could not have asked for more and would definitely use them again.
