West Quality Roofing & Exteriors

During a bad storm we had what we thought was a leak in the roof and called West Quality since they had previously been out for some repairs. It turned out to be a window seal which they came and repaired quickly. They also provided various costs based on the budget to find the right solution. Would recommend.

Good work and good guys. Stayed late to complete the job. Francoise, 2 weeks later brought free of charge some extra tin roof screws that I needed. Stayed a few minutes and we chatted about his upcoming trip back east. Good people.

Doing home Reno's during a pandemic seemed very daunting on me at first; I commend Francois and his team for making the process so simple and straightforward and stress free.
The drafts are gone in the house and these windows look absolutely beautiful.

Had hail storm damage called west quality roofing and Exteriors to come out and give an estimate for going with new roof and hardie board. They came out in a timely manner and gave a great price for the work to be done and ideas for the project. Work is almost all done and so far very happy with the work that has been done

Francois, Valerie and Keno were all excellent to work with. They responded quickly to my questions and concerns. Someone was on site regularly to check on the work being done. The installers were excellent and did a fantastic job. My house looks amazing!! I would highly recommend them. More than 1/2 of the cost I paid as it was a upgrade from the vinyl siding the insurance company paid to replace.

We got the shingles, siding and gutters replaced after a hail storm and they were very professional. The quality of work is very good. The products that they offer are of high quality as well.They made sure the site was clean and safe. Kino Tremblay was vey helpful and was very reponsive to any questions we had. They even had a drone to do the last inspection of the roof, siding and gutter replacement. I would highly recommend them.

Project completed on Dec 9,2020 and we are so happy with the result. The office manager was so helpful and kept me updated from the start till signing the last documents . The workers are on time and the works that they’ve done was very good . I could compared it to the other house that also do the James hardie and I must say West Quality Inc . Workmanship Rated 10/10 . They will explained everything and they really listen to their client . And the most important to me is they can be easily contacted and I will get response right away . Our house project was done in 7 business days . I told them I would like it to be done before Christmas if possible , they did not promise anything due to the weather but they make it work . Every time I parked my car in the front of our house I say to myself “ I made a right decision to choose this contractor “ and I highly recommended them .
