Fixed single garage overhead door with one wheel off track
One wheel came off the track Wednesday evening. Looked up Google on Thursday and phoned to ask whether work can be done on Saturday. Yes, time slot 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm. While I thought this was how fast it can be done, in fact it was the time slot for the technician to arrive. Sure enough he arrived from the Concord branch around 1:30 pm, looked at the problem give us a quote and upon agreement when to work. Vince replaced all 10 rollers in the door and completed the work by 2:15 pm. All very happy with the quick work and the door opens very quiet on nylon rollers. Also checked the tracks for good measure.
