Canyon Park Show Suite Unit

Heating & Air Conditioning review in Vancouver

Pro Rise re-painted our interior unit which was also to be a show suite (sales unit) for the rest of the building's units. This unit was 924 sq feet, and we had the ceilings, closets, trim, doors and walls repainted. Alvin and his team were a pleasure to work with. Alvin was very professional and the communication was great. They were happy to touch up any spots I asked for during the final inspection (I was picky as it was a show suite). Alvin and his team started and completed our interior painting project on time (in 2 days). Thanks to our Production Manager Pablo and the Pro Rise team! We would definitely use Pro Rise for future interior painting projects.

Beautifully Built Storage Room

Joseph and his team at Prorise were absolutely amazing in creating our under the stairs storage room. They were very respectful of our space and followed excellent COVID protocols for increased safety. While in construction the team worked very efficiently and were extremely tidy while working. We can't recommend Prorise enough as we are so happy with our new custom built storage. Thank you Prorise!

Fast and easy process

Vancouver

The plan was to put the townhouse on the market late March, early April however with the market being really "hot" the realtor suggested that we move the timetable up a couple weeks. This gave us 2 days to find a painter, to get the place painted and still have 3 days to clean and stage.

A neighbour reccommended ProRise Painting. Within 24hrs of the initial phone call they were at the home giving an estimate. Suggestions were made and surprisingly they were ble to fit us into their schedule in two days. Joseph, Natalie, Andrea, Pablo and Hemn were great to work with and super professional. Hemn's crew left the site clean, tidya and made time to do a couple touch ups. The communication between ProRise and myself was top notch. I would definitely use and reccommend them.

Painted ceilings & primer coat on walls

Alvin and his team of painters, were professional, efficient, polite and took care to clean up the house after they finished painting. We went over the work at the end and noticed 2 small defficiencies which they immediately fixed to my standard. I was happy with the work and gladly recommend the team at Prorsie for additional work.

It was good. They got it all done in one day, and the quality is pretty good in general. On some small areas they could have polished a bit better before painting over. But I was offered a free touch up, so it's all good.
